carb help

i rebuilt my 295cc ezgo engine and had it bored out to a350cc. i need to no if the carb needs to be rejeted i was told it does but no one can tell me what number jet it takes. does not have the power of the 295cc anyone done this any help would be great.thanks

what do you mean by saying it was bored to 350cc? what pistons did you use.

i got a .50mm rebuild kit from buggies they call the engine a 350 after boring the cylinders to this size.

i never saw a kit that would convert a 295 to a 350? do you have the link, anyway most 295's were #90 jet and the 350's were #92. you can swap the two jets/carbs and there is no difference felt in performance, it sounds like something else is the problem

i really dont think the jet would make that much differnce either. i have redone the secondary cluth,cleaned the primary, valve set at .04 thou. install new belt runs fine with number 80 jet just dont seem to have the power. anything else that i can do or check. thanks
