Building Electric EZGO for Better Performance

I'm building an EZGO electric golf cart 2000 model for better performance. So far 48 volts, 2 gauge cables was goin with a ge 700/800 controller, and a GE Raptor motor. Before I do this has anyone had a very succesful combination thats better? Trying for 0 to 30 quickly

we use a different package for EZGO upgrades.

If its a series golf cart a 650 amp controller by Alltrax, Advance DC 7/11 motor 7hp @ 36 volts and 11hp @ 48 volts with 23" tall tires 30+ mph all day
