brake light wiring

Bought a 95 Club car gas.

i think i might of snipped a wrong wire somewhere, but my brake lights dont work when brake is engaged.. Is there a 'brake trigger' somewhere that i need to re-attach wiring to?

there are two wires in the back that i attached new brake lights to, but the connecting wires up front near the brake, are snipped. Again trying to figure out which brake switch those wires go to..

Do you have tail lights? Most rear lights have one wire for brakes/turn signals and one for tail lights. Perhaps the wire was never used.

no tail lights.. just brake lights

I think that extra wire is for your tail lights. You could wire them hot when you cart is running. Just fuse them.
