Biggest Tires and Wheels on a Club Car DS Without Rubbing

I am wondering whats the biggest tire i can use on my custom 1996 Club Car DS gas golf cart without a lift kit. I'm looking to put 215 x35 x 12 ionniva tires +wheels offset is ( 2.5 ) any advise on my cart? I have been told from several people they would rub could anyone tell me whats the best offset for this cart and the biggest low profile tire I can use?Also my stock tire are 18x 8.50.8 will they fit my buddies Yamaha golf cart or are they a diffrent bolt pattern?

20" tall tires are a big as you can go on a Club Car DS without rubbing.

ON MY 1996 CLUB CAR ANYTHING LARGER THAN 20"X 10"X 10" WITH A 3" OFFSET WILL RUB IN FRONT. IN THE REAR ANYTHING LARGER THAN 22" X 10" X 10" WITH 2.5 INCH OFFSET WILL RUB WHEN TURNING.
REMEMBER THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE NEW SPRINGS YOUR CLUB CAR MAY HAVE MORE OR LESS CLEARANCES?
