Battery Indicator Not Going Up

Good afternoon, just picked up a 2017 TXT48 with batteries that are 6 months old, and the stock charger. The battery indicator has been declining as I have ridden it over the last few days but I have been charging it fully daily. When I first plug it in, the charger light blinks green, after a few hours it stays solid, however the battery indicator on the dash hasn’t gone up, just down. Why may the charger complete charging if the batteries actually aren’t charged? Are they actually charged and I just have a faulty indicator? Any tips? I’m going to pick up a volt meter soon to test the batteries.

Does the charger shut off ?
Does the cart show signs of the batteries discharging ?
When you get the voltmeter take volt readings of total voltage and individual, both static and running.

The charger appears to stop charging once it’s done as it’s not giving off any heat and the light stays lit green. The cart hasn’t shown any signs of discharging yet but the meter is just now in the yellow so I haven’t gotten it down to the red yet.

Do I need to disconnect each battery to check for individual volt readings? Thank you.

Each battery is reading around 8.6v with the key off, and with it on, on all settings forward neutral and reverse.
