Battery Discharge Testing

I need to know what a normal reading would be for a Lester discharge tester. Charged a set of 3 mo. old batteries, then hooked up the discharge tester and received a reading of 72.13, is this normal? I can't find the operators manual on the tester and it's been way too long since i used it to remember the specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all ( what is the battery voltage)--36 or 48 or 60 or 72 to start with? How many batterys and what is the voltage of each, 6 volt, 8 volt, 12 volt? 3 caps, 4 caps on each battery?
It sounds as if you tested batterys right after removing charger or left charger turn on and did test?
You shoiuld wait an hour after charging and then check pack for voltage.
Has your tester been ( O'd ) before testing, reset of needle?
