another cc question

My 03 cc is driving me crazy!! As you can see from the other post it is a slow cart but now it will take off and within 5 min it is to a creep. It is a 48 volt and all batteries are 8.3 and above and it has 51 volts total.This is after the charge and after the slow down. If it is a speed controler how do I test it. Or would a speed controled take off ok and then slow.

Are any of the cables hot when the cart slows down? Could be a bad cable or connection.

No hot cables, That was one of the first things I checked.

are you letting it charge till charger shuts off on its own?.......................

I have tryed everything so I took it to a cc shop and it was the part under under the passanger side floor board. The wires leave it and goes to the controler.$ 215 plus labor. It is not even the same cart now,my normal slow cc is now a normal cc. This was the problem the whole time.

Yes a mcor, just so I will know if I was screwed or not what is a fair price. parts and labor.
