Alltrax Controllers for Yamaha G16

Have a '98 Yamaha G16 golf cart, got it for free because it died. Motor runs bypassing the controller. Checked all the leads and the ohm out good also checked out the throttle position and it is good. Decided it was the controller, now trying to decide between the two Alltrax controllers 4844 or 4855. I will be putting on a 6" lift and some 20" or 22". Cart will be used for tooling around the farm and hunting.

Any thoughts?

I got it to run!! It wasn't the controller but somebody did not put the connectors together correctly (wrong colors connected together). The solenoid is shot. I get voltage to the leads, but no click.
