I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I have a 1 year old Advanced EV golf cart that is now giving me a code (00000023) on my digital display and saying "under voltage cutback" after running a bit (65-50% power remaining) and my golf cart now going slower and slower and sometimes stops. Any idea of what this means? Any input is greatly appreciated!!!

My golf cart is only 1 year old ! I purchased the upgrade gel batteries also !! The golf cart company should honor fixing this ?

Once again how often do you charge the batteries? If the batteries are still under warranty (battery warranty is often shorter than vehicle warranty) they should be covered, however if the batteries were ran too low and not charged frequently enough that damages them and would void the warranty.

I charge the batteries every single time I come back with the golf cart. I don't think the battery level was ever below 30%. Most (99%) of the time, it's only down to 80% or 90%. The battery charger is on the entire time we are away from our Florida home. Sometimes we are gone for 2-3 months. So the cart is frequently charging all the time. I'm the person mostly down here in Florida

Ask the dealer if they programmed the charger for the AGM batteries. They require a different charging profile, if the charger is running a lead acid algorithm then that may be why the batteries didn’t last.
