Adding a Fuse Box

Hello all.
I have a lifted 2011 Precedent. I have a 30amp voltage reducer installed to handle my upgrades. I was planning to add a fuse box for all my upgrades so that they have individual fuses. I have tied some stuff into the available connections of my lighting harness, but there is only a single fuse for this, but It has popped before, and it is quite hard to get to. My question is: Can I splice into the feed coming from the reducer to supply 12 volt power to the fuse box? If not, any suggestions? Also, for the ground, should I splice into this unit as well, or ground off the battery like this unit does?
Thanks for any suggestions

Sounds to me as though its fine to do what you want and get rid of the single fuse. The fuse panel can be easily accessed. A good ground can be to any good ground, I like to keep battery terminals as clean/neat as possible and try to find a good frame ground.
