I added a screened panel between the seat and the spare tire. Getting headrests made next week. Also some of the " JUNK" in my garage.

Glen, anytime you want to get rid of the"junk" in your garage, just let me know, I would even come and pick the "garbage" up myself! LOL

The screening on the cage looks good. The head rests will be nice to have also.
Those look like some nice heads on the engine in the engine stand...

Yes the screen looks good on there. I like the aluminum screen mounting brackets, very clean looking.

HRC, those are Edelbrock Cobrajet FE heads, and they are nice. Thank you.
The cam is a solid Comp with a nasty profile and NOS 427 rockers

Hey, Glen i gotta pull your leg here a little bit, those metal screens across the back are for not throwing your fire wood through the back window of your pickemup. Ask any of us hickabillies in the north country we know what those are for.. LOL John

Just out of curiosity, why are you running 428 heads when you could run 427 tunnel risers. Those sure look sharp, really adds to the look of the engine.

My dad used to have a 55 ford with a 69 428 SCJ. Never got to drive that one, because my little feetzies couldn't reach the floor yet. I did get to drive his 70 Chevelle SS LS6

I love old(ish) cars. I really hope to one day buy a 68 camero.... not for an investment, but for pure fun and education.

That is a great looking cart Mr. Fairlane. Are those Douglas Rims?

Have a great one,
Bob

Oh, P.S.... does any of your "Junk" in the garage include fully assembled hot rods... joke joke.... I can't wait for real power

To answer your question on the heads. The tunnelport heads make power at high rpm. Not very good for a street motor and they are very very expensive. These are NHRA legal Stock & SS.
The other response about the clean garage. I am 57 yrs old AND single. I produce at my own pace. No honey do's so I can take the time to clean up once in a while. Eat dinner when I want, Go shopping when I want and you get the picture. Life is GOOOOOD!!! Also, I can load the hauler and go to the desert or mountains A N Y T I M E I wish.

Bob, those wheels I got at a silent auction while attending a charity ride for a cancer stricken lady. They and a couple other sets were donated by Procart Ind here in Phx. They have their own stuff made so I don't know if there is a brand or not. Guess I could look at the inside & see. The orange Fairlane is the only one I have at the moment. My 11 yr old grandaughter has spoken for it. It will definately get an engine swap first. 420 hp small block might be a bit much for a 16 yr old.
