98 EZ-GO electric

I have 1998 EZ-Go electric. F and R lever is on seat near right leg. Just yesterday it stopped going in reverse. When I move F & R lever solonoid makes one click noise. It will go forward OK. I looked at F & R switch (with heavy copper contacts) and every thing looks OK. I checked cables and wires and all seem to be tight. I removed MS4 it looked OK and rocker arm operates. If I check continuity what reading should I get. What other checks should I make. Any other suggestions??

did you check the micro switch on the F&R? is this a series cart or DCS? Is there a run/tow switch on the controler cover?
