97 cc Ds I think.

what F&R switch do you have? the rocker switch or the lever type? if the lever type you don,t the braking and if its a DS you should have the lever..............................................

ok its a reagan, on the older reagan,s you could just snip the green wire that is part of the 3 wire connector that goes into front of motor but before doing so try and confirm the exact years it worked on......you can also disable the reagan solenoid but that i have never seen done..............................................

Rather than cutting wires just unplug the speed sensor on the motor, red, black, and green wires. Or pull one wire off the regen solenoid coil,
 
Yeah Diode, I just unplugged it. Got rid of the regen brakes anf everything works fine, also seems alittle faster. Gonna get GPS and see later. But it is nice to coast down hills.
By the way, has anybody tried removing or replacing the magnet for speed sensor in motor?

Dont unplugging it do the same thing? there is no read back to controller.

This is an older regen cart some things that work will not work on the newer IQ regen carts. I am not sure about the magnet but would suspect not. You could cut a switch into the green wire and have regen handy
