96 Club Car New Ignitor, Coil, Spark Plug Still Has No Spark

1996 club car has no spark. Replaced the ignitor, coil, spark plug and disconnected the ground wire from the rev limiter. Any ideas as to the problem

spark plug wire and boot, they go bad...........and this is just my opinion but disconnecting that wire isn,t always going to produce a result.......................and lastly i have seen these parts new out of the box be bad ..................................................

if your sure all the grounds are good? battery to engine and engine to frame, ignitor grounded? then i would do a continuity test on the wiring
