IF YOU PRESS THE THROTTLE DOWN, SOMETIMES THE CART WILL NOT GO, BUT IF YOU HOLD THE PEDAL DOWN AND TURN THE CLUTCH THE ENGINE WILL TAKE OFF? ANY IDEAS WILL HELP.

sounds like the starter/generator belt is loose, 9/16" wrench will fix that

My cart did that when the brushes in the starter /gen were going bad. Started it by pushing the clutch until it spun on its own until replacing the brushes.

96 ezgo txt with a 295 robin.
