93 CLUB CAR 36 V

HEY GUYS, WE HAVE A 1993 CLUB CAR W / SERIAL # A9348-361914. IF YOU FLOOR IT AND GIVE IT A PUSH IT WILL GO SLOW. REVERSE DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL . ALL BATTERIES ARE FULLY CHARGED AND CHECK OUT GOOD. TOTAL OF 38.5 VOLTS IN SERIES. EVEN GETTING 37+ VOLTS @ THE MOTOR. ANY IDEAS?

Just had the same thing happen on a 96 model CC. I changed the motor, and it fixed it. Sorry to have to tell you that!

I think it was the brushes, though, and I have now gotten some. I'm going to change the brushes and install that motor on something else to see if that was it. Definitely something in the motor on mine, though. Now the cart spins the 22" tires.

ON THE MOTOR THERE ARE 4 TERMINALS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH INFO ON WHAT EACH ONE IS AND TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

have you load tested the batteries......it only takes one to cause that so if you didn,t i would load test them before yanking motor out.....................................

Since the voltage was good at the motor we took the motor apart and the brushes and armature were FRIED !!
