92' Resistor Marathon too slow uphill!!!

Hi Everyone,

I just bought a 92' EZGO Marathon ( resistor type). I've been told that changing out the battery cables to 4ga will help with torque and speed. Do ALL cables have to be changed? ie. battery and motor cables?
What other suggestions do you have short of converting to controler type with new motor?

This thing barely moves out of it's own way on a steep hill!!!

If your going to change to 4 gauge cables change them all. Are you sure it's a 92? If it is I think it should be a controller cart.
