90 marathon has no torque or speed

Cart has good batteries and good cables. Just has low take off. And goes ok on smooth path. But when in fairways it bogs down. Also has no torque. Any ideas ? Also has three ne microswitches

Slow starting and slow on hills usually indicates battery or connection problems.
Make sure all of your connections are clean and tight, after that it leaves the batteries.
What is your total pack voltage before you start out for the day?
