my 89 ezego will run good for awhile and then quite then run then quit and so on. it also takes awhile for the cart to take off when u push the gas pedle down.can any body help me this thing is kicking my butt.

i would check the compression first, also check to make sure the vent is not blocked on the gas tank.

thanks for the info. is the vent in the gas cap or somewhere else? the compression is running about 85 but it has been running fine until this started happening.

yes the vent is in the cap, but the low compression is your problem. 120lbs or better is where it needs to be
