81 Marathon Leaks Gas Out of Carburetor

I have an 81 EZGO Marathon. I am new to the cart world and know enough about engines to get me in trouble. It has new fuel pump, new carburetor, new fuel lines and new fuel filter and new muffler. It's starts fine, then stalls out about 100 yards. It also leaks fuel out the carburetor when it's in neutral. I have buddies that are mechanically inclined and we are all stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tried that multiple times. Still gas comes out carburetor. Also put electric fuel pump on and closed mechanical pump off. New pump only does 2 psi. On 3rd carb now, adjusted floats. Still leaks fuel out carburetor on air intake side
