I built this buggy a while back but don't think I ever posted pics here, so here goes. Sorry I don't have completed pics, had them on my hard drive and it crashed before I posted to photobucket.

Reinforced frame, powdercoated black
Allsports LT lift with custom z-bracket
D&D ES torque motor
700amp 48-72 logisystems
Six group 27 12v deep cycles
30x10x14 mudlites 14inch wheels with 4x156-4x100 spacers

And here is the cart I am building now. 01 workhorse
Strech LT lift, working on a custom additional lift
D&D torque motor
Alltrax 450amp 48-72 volt controller
Delta-q 72 v charger
9 Trojans eight volts
25x10x14 terracross ITP's
XTI seats
Reversing contactor setup
A few other goodies

Here she is mocked up before I tore it apart for current rebuild, 72v upgrade paint etc..

And this is the current state. I work overseas, six weeks on and six off. I am going home on the 19th so will be working and posting build pics HERE as it comes along. Comments and criticism required!!

Thanks, I emailed the guy I traded the cart off to to get some pics. He hasn't answered, I am sure I will when he needs something fixed on it. Might be a while, tho.. Cuz that's how I roll

I would also love to see some pics of the club car. I especially like the tire and rim combo.
I wish I had it in me to do those frame alterations like you. That thing is sick!

Thanks,I wouldn't call it alterations as much as just reinforcement. I did modify the battery tray, the rest I just welded in to strengthen the frame and also reinforce where the receiver hitch was going to be mounted.
