I have a 99 club car 48 volt with lift and bigger tires after riding for 30 to 45 min it starts cutting off and on at all speeds let cool off runs fine????

Your controller is probably the stock 275 amp and is cutting off from over amperage demand.
With those mods you need to have at least a 400 amp controller and 4ga cables to handle the extra lift and tire size increase.
Is you cart a series or regen cart?
Alltrax series controllers for the job are AXE 4844 and regen controllers are DCX 400 models.

its a region it has a 500 amp controler but was checking it today and found a loose wire that went from selinoid to motor and wire was getting hot so replaced wire and seems to be working keeping fingers crossed thanks for your help
