I have 2008 Club Car Lynx IQ CAMO 48 Volt. When we would ride it would go fine for 10-15 minutes then quit. I would let it sit for a few minutes and we could go again for a short period of time.Last week we were riding and it quit and will not go again. Batteries are charged and when you push pedal down I hear a click.Looking for advice. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
Usually it would be from a bad cable or bad cable connection at the terminal that melted.

Thanks for replies. Should I replace with same 350 amp controller or go larger. Also my battery cables are 6 gauge. Is it necessary to convert to 4 gauge cables?

It all depends on what you plan to use the cart for. Is the cart lifted with big tires? If not 350 amps should be fine. I would put a complete GOOD set of 4 gauge cables on it though.

I would check with Allsports, Everything Carts or Buggies Unlimited. Their links are at the top of the pages here.
