36 V Need help!!

Hello guys first post. I own a EZ-go 36v MAN# G498 SER# 1104265. My problem is it ran when I put it away for the winter now when charged 36+ volts step on the throtle I hear the soiloid click and it trys to go. Now its on jack stands and the rear wheels turn very slowly. The rear wheels are not froze up turn freely. Should I put my meter on the motor when trying to go forward and see if I have 36V at the motor. Thanks for any advice, Joe

Check your pack voltage, and then each one and post your readings. Sounds like low voltage.
