New to the forum here. Just purchased my Wife a refurbed 2022 EZGO TXT E L. Good looking cart from a reputable reseller.
I have a concerns with run time and top speed. The cart has a Samsung SDI battery, which I think is 50V 60ah. She drove it less that 7 miles total yesterday and it went into limp mode. It really struggles on the slightest grade here in north FL. Top speed was 22mph. Am I expecting too much? Seems like the run time should be longer on one charge. She does have the pedal to the floor since she is primarily on the street with it. TIA for any advice.
 
This is what I put in 2 years ago with smooth sailing and zero issues. It comes with the good meter/gauge and the cables to install it. Also the on board charger and new charge receptacle for standard 120vac plug. Golf cart geeks has it on sale now. I paid 2800 back then. They have kits made for different models instead of the one size fits all. You just have to select from a drop down menu.

that is cheaper than mine with a sale in Aug. !!!
 
I would not buy a factory lithium cart or an EFI gas cart. They have made them far to complicated and difficult to change things on. I hope your reach out to customer support bears fruit. It sucks to have a 2 year old lithium cart that is under performing and difficult to improve.. If you are able to make the switch to aftermarket lithium please remember to share your experience here for those who are in the same boat. Surely some one will come up with a good lithium solution for these problematic and poorly designed carts.

I don’t think that title is correct the SKU says “battery only”, I don’t think you’re getting a complete kit that cheap
