Cart has 50.2 volts, with key is in forward or reverse cart barely moves and has a slight shutter. I load tested the batteries they are fine. I put my volt meter on the pack while it was in gear under a load no voltage drop. I thought it might be the throttle switch, installed a new one no change. I believe it is the encoder bearing. By the way the motor brake does release, in tow and neutral. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx
