Here's my 2008 MPT 1200

Multi Purpose Truck?

6" Jake's lift, front winch, rear 2" hitch, front LED light bar, 23 x 10 - 12 tires, electric hoist bed

I believe it has the 350cc, twin cylinder, 4 cycle Fugi-Robin motor?

I would also like to get some whel spacers for the rear axle, to more closely match front track width on the front end

Would also like to add a gas gauge

I see there's already a float in the tank

Wireless bluetooth speaker and Noco Genius 2 trickle charger ordered

I ordered a new air filter, Donaldson P822686.....which looks like a better direct replacement for the 28463G01

I am also going to pull the two spark plugs this morning and order new plugs

I'll change the oil and oil filter this winter

Is there a chart showing all the zerk fitting locations? I see two right away, on the Jake's lift spindle arms

Well I don't think I have a 2008

From what I have read, all 2008 models would have the Kawasaki 401cc

Varying results online for 2006 and newer MPT 120p carts with the Robin EH35C:

25523G5 , FR2A-D

72867G01 , BPR5ES

25523G3 , BPR4ES

Be careful when you tilt the seat with that lever. It’s high enough to interfere with the seat when it is in neutral and the seat is tilted all the way forward.

no worries......even in the vertical neutral position and the seat tilted all the way forward, it touches the cushion but doesn't do any harm

FR2A-D plugs are in the motor now, from the PO

I bought the BPR4ES to replace them with

25523G5 , FR2A-D
ISO Height
5/8" hex

72867G01 , BPR5ES
JIS Height
13/16" Hex

25523G3 , BPR4ES
ISO Height
13/16" hex

ISO is 50.5 mm
JIS is 53 mm

New fuel filter and Donaldson air filter were also installed. I also removed the air supply hose and washed out all the dirt and let it air dry overnight

Next up I plan to flush and fill the oil

New oil filter and gasket already ordered

What weight oil??

Yes, 25x11 tires will fit with a 6" lift

The old 23x10 tires looked way too small
