2005 EZ Go

He folks I just bought a 2005 EZ Go cart. I rode if for 2 days about 1 hr per day and then parked it in garage working fine. Turned it on put in reverse and it just won't move. Batteries are strong 37.2 v. I id the netural/reverse switch and I got (the 1st time) 4 short beeps and 1 long. After that all I get is 4 short beeps. The panel says wires or motor is the problem. Before I start tearing down the cart is there anywhere else you world look??
