2004 Club Car Turf 2 FE350D-BS11 engine turns over, compression @ 40, but no valves aren't moving on the OHV. Cart out side without a carburetor in a field for years. Owner said the mechanic he had could not figure out why it wouldn't run. Carburetor replaced gas flow is good, spark is good. Took off the OHV cover and the valves are not moving as the engine turns. No strange noises as it turns. I'm not sure what the next step would be to determine if the engine is a goner or if there is something I can do without taking the engine out of the cart and having it repaired.
