2003 CC engine snubber

I was looking for some help with how the snubber should be put on. Does the arch face up or down. Thanks for any help

okay installed engine snubber and it seems that one hour of riding at the hunting club which is dirt roads and grassy trails and I can already see where the snubber is breaking down. Is this normal after lifting the rear 4 inches. Is flipping the snubber bracket over to decrease the angle an option
