I have a 2002 clubcar with 48 volt system. It won't go in either direction and I can hear the solenoid clicking. Voltage across the batteries is 49plus volts. I tried jumping the solenoid, checked wire, ignition switch. everything checked good. Is it possible the OBC is bad. This doesn't have a tow switch but would the resetting of OBC be the same? Any way of checking forward - reverse switch?
