Started getting ready for the Golf Car Show in September, doing a tear down/clean up. Changed the seat and pin stripe color to silver. Made preparations for the diamond plate trim to follow.

Missed this set.It is a comparison of Casper with the "family"cart. This gives you an idea of Casper's height vs stock. The "family"cart was the donor of the silver seats that are now on Casper.

what a great little story..i envy you and your cart..now im already wanting some 28,s..haha

the vynl diamond plate really set the look off to another great qaulity..is it the vynl diamond plate, sticker stuff ive seen at the parts store? or the heavy 1/8 inch thick stuff ive seen..

has the diamond vynl held up good to washings and easy to keep shiny..does it scratch easy when washing it,,

either way,,its my favorite lookin cart ive ever seen..you must have many many trophys to go with it.and you should, john

Thanks John,The cart is my new hobby. Used to be cars then trucks now it's golfcarts.

The Vinyl diamond plate was ordered from Cutsmetal. It has held up well so far.I'm careful when washing it trying not to rub it unless it has been rinsed off first.

Thanks for the link; I just checked it out. The wife knows something is up because I was starring at the cart with "That look" . How do you cut or machine it and are you using the .024 cosmetic grade? Thanks Jim

Jim,
The graphics type diamond plate is adhesive backed vinyl. With the assistance of my wife, the graphics were hand cut and applied in about 8 hours. It works well on flat surfaces but does not stretch easily for curved sections.
