2001 EZ GO GAS CART

PLEASE HELP TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY MY CART IS NOT CHARGING. RECENTLY REPLACED THE STARTER THINKING THAT WAS IT. NO CHANGE REAPLACED VOLTAGE REGULATOR. NO CHANGE. HELP

check and make sure you have a good ground from the engine to the frame and engine to battery, if so you will have to check the wires for continuity.

CONTINUITY IS GOOD GROUNDS ARE GOOD. AT AN IDLE IT IS BATTERY VOLTAGE. REV IT UP AND IT GOES TO 12.13 AND AT TOP OF IDLE IT GOES BACK TO BATTERY VOLTS. ANY MORE IDEAS AND THANK FOR THE OTHER
