Ok Batteries each with my meter read 6.7-6.8 volts all together 36.4-36.9 . At my selinoid on my curtis controller (stock) were the tits are looking at you like a cold winter day it reads 0.0 with out the gas pedal pressed and 36.8 when depressed. all with key on. Everything zeros out at the selnoid with the key off like its supposed to do. With the key on and in Foward or reverse and depressing the pedal the solenoid clicks. The cart is jacked up and on stands and no movement at the motor. Now at the solenoid and the big side tits the ones running north to south or east to west i have alott of voltage and at the TOP of my curtis controller I have 36+ volts but nothing coming out of the box to the motor. I have already orderd a new controller but with my luck its always something else. Also looked at the gas pedal selonois under the mat/carpet and all looks and seems to work well. the batteries are newer 08 trojans 4 gauge wires etc. etc.... HOW DO YOU PROPERLEY JUMP THE SELONOID ON THE CURTIS 1206 CONTROLLER? Any way thanks Ed

To jump the solenoid. Put the cart rear wheels on jack stands, use a big fat wire like a 6ga, jump across the 2 big terminals on the solenoid, if the wheels spin when they didn't before, the problem is the solenoid. If the wheels don;t spin it's likely the controller or a microswitch on the FNR switch.

ok Its a no go when jumped. how do i check micro switches on the f/r switch. And this is were my problem started with a hot wire from the F/R switch. I tightened up wires with out Like a retard un hooking the battery cables and thats when it wouldnt move. So i double checked everything ended up breaking the brass contact stud . so I replaced it and nothing. I guess I could have put it back wrong but it looks right. Also wirecoming from F/R switch does the power go to the solenoid then to the controller or is it the other way around. Power to the controller to the solinoid to the motor. And I havent touched a wire except the F/r switch
