I purchased a 1999 EZGO 36v DCS with a 300amp 9 pin controller and a series motor. The controller had blown resistors internally and the motor was unspooled internally. I have installed a brand new 1206 sx 9 pin controller, a new series motor, and a new solenoid.
After all of this the cart does nothing.
-Batteries are new
-charger working properly
-reed valve is bypassed from previous owner
-battery cables are all clean and wired correctly
issues i can see:
-reverse buzzer does not make noise
-solenoid does not click
I am no professional, and have had a hard time findind specific information on this model.
-Does the solenoid need the diode and resistor?(when purchased, it did not have either)
-Which side of the diode is supposed to face the +battery connection?(stripe)
