Golf Cart Has All New Batteries But Still Will Not Move. When I Turn It On I Can Feel It Wants To Move Because It Feels Like It Is Trying To Go Back & Forth, Can You Help With Some Reasons That Would Cause This ?

Is it a 36 or 48 volt cart? Are you sure you have the right batteries. Are you sure you have the batteries wired correctly? Did you charge the batteries after you installed them? Did it run before you replaced the batteries?
