How do you test the speed controller....cart is not running but has new batteries and soleniod, what all do I need to test out. Have already run some but don't knowif the readings are right.
we also had a 98 with new batteries cart ran for a week than nothing we found the m- wire from controller to motor bad. we also changed the throttle sensor but cart did not run right until we changed the m- wire
