Well lets see it is basically junk well it needs work and could be operational. It needs batteries, the cart was so rusty when I got it I was surprised it ran but it did run for about three months then started acting up. As I was checking connections one of the motor connecters broke off (the most likely problem). The nuts are so rusty they wont break loose so I proceeded to pull the motor to take it to someone to pull it apart. The motor bolts did not turn out instead they twisted off. I was going to take it to a altenator and starter shop to have it rebuilt but just dont have time. Its not a bad cart but needs alot of attention. Looking for offers as I have to get rid of it fast we are moving and dont want it I am in central MO just fyi
