1997 EZGO golf cart Troubleshooting

I have a 1997 non dcs cart. The relay clicks when I press the pedal. I get 0 volts from b- to m+ to start. Then a minimal voltage as soon as I press the pedal which then goes back to Zero as the pedal is fully pressed. Is the controller bad or could solenoid be bad?

It could be several things causing your problem. Have you done a voltage test on the batteries? If so post your total pack voltage. Make sure all the cable connections are clean and tight. Check the cable connections on the forward and reverse switch and at the motor.

pack voltage is 36.8 I said relay but the solenoid is what is clicking. will check and tighten wires. thanks

Jumped the solenoid and cart ran. Ordereing solenoid. Thanks for the assistance
