As stated I have a 1997 Club Car that I have upgraded w/ a 10 horsepower Admiral Motor, w/ news Trogen 105 deep cycle batteries. I have also put in new 4 gauge wiring and the heavy duty 3ird and 4th speed resistors. All speeds seem to be fine except for the 4th speed, it over heats to the point of melting the plastic insulation and then if in continuous use melting the soldered connection @ the ressistor mount. The cart has been lifted w/ oversized tires.
Any advice?
