1996 clubcar rear end

i need to know if this is normal by moving the wheel slowly back and forth i here a clicking noise in the rear end is this normal please help! thanks jasmine have@ great day!!

I'm taking it you hear the noise when the cart is moving and you turn the wheel left to right. It's probably a axle bearing going bad. Or a loose wheel or center cap. Which side is the noise coming from?

no it is from the wheels off the cart and i move the brake drum back+forth .. in the rear thanks jasmine
