1994 EZGO Gas Golf Cart Won't Start

I have a 1994 EZGO gas golf cart and it won't start. I have power to the starter generator, but the golf cart does nothing.

power meaning the starter turns but the engine won't start?

Yes I have 12 volts to the starter generator but nothing moves.

Try turning the starter generator by hand a little, could be bad brushes or a bad spot.

I agree with Mr. south, its very easy to replace brushes, would take the time to clean the armature also, take a blow gun and shoot air into the entire starter/generator, get all that powder out of it!, outside would be a good place to do it! should be good as new, or last a few more years
