1992 EZGO Marathon Battery Issue?

At full charge I have 12.55v out of one battery and 13.55 and 13.58 v out of the other two. I have intermittent stopping of the cart and also now experiencing jerking of the cart when driven after a while. Is this a battery issu or something else.

You're using 3 - 12v batteries ? It does sound as though you have a bad battery. If they are over 3 or 4 yrs old its best to replace all.
