So I test drove this cart for 3-4 minutes...ran well. Now that I got it home I noted that forward sometimes seems to not engage from a start and at least once (out of dozens of runs) it seemed to lose forward while at speed...but a simple restart from a stop had it back in shape.
Reverse is 100% fine. Tried all afternoon to replicate any issues in reverse and couldn't.
1. Being this is such an old cart and I don't know the history and solenoids seem so cheap...should I just replace it?
2. Do I reuse the capacitor on the old solenoid or will the new one come with one?
3. Are any of the $20-40 solenoids listed for my cart acceptable or should I only got OEM based on experience?
