After taking my cart to a local shop 3 times trying to get alligned, my neighbor showed me that the axel is bent. Ordered new one and going to try to install myself. Looks pretty straightforward.....remove king pins..remove bolts to springs..shocks..and replace.....anything I should be on the lookout for or beware of.....ANY TIPS.....new to this !!!!

You could spray some penetrating oil on all the bolts now so it has chance to soak in. Other than that I think you have it covered. I'd stay away from the shop that had the cart thee times and didn't notice the axle was bent...

Thanks....Hotrod & Gorman
Picked up new axle today and new wheels and tires should be arriving next couple of days then figure I change axel same time change wheels.
Almost Street ready...just awaiting motor from EMP and will change to 4 guage wires when installing motor. Put new carpet in and did some toutch-up and detailing this past weekend. Found a manual windshield wiper...29.00 ...sure beats 200.00 for electric.(required for street legal in Florida).....This cart stuff is a blast!!! 60 yr old kid !!! I'll try to post some pictures whe finished. Starting to look pretty good.........not as good as Gorman's though.....I love his cart!!
Thanks for everyone's help and encourgement !!!
