1989 Ezgo 3pg help

Can someone tell me the correct limit on the pulsar coil for the 1989 Ezgo 3pg. Im reading 147.5 and was wondering if that is a good reading or a bad reading? Otherwise is this Pulsar Coil good?

i can't member anymore, its not a real common part to go bad. i take it theres no spark? ignitors and coils more likely to fail
