couple questions don't know if anyone can help. looking for screw and bolt sizes.
1- the small philips head that holds the f and r handel on
2- the 3 large philips screws and nuts that fasten the f and r to the cart body
3- the screws that hold the alum trim above the dash below the windshiel around club box?
sorry to ask but thought they would come with the new parts.

Local CC dealer should be able to fix you right up. they will have what you need.

If you have any of them take them to lowes and they have a thread gauge in the hardware area to see what size they are.
The ones that hold the F/R to the body is 1/4 -20 I think but as stated LOWES would be the best and cheaper than a dealer.

Well the only problem is the correct length, unless you want to cut them. Most CC stuff is 2-3/4, all the hardwares, lowes etc. only carry 3in, all there nuts and bolts are in 1/2 in. increments. i like my carts with the oem stuff on them, not a bunch of cobbled up parts on them. Stainless is the way to go.

I guess you answered your own question.
If you will only accept factory parts then your only option is go to the dealer.

I didn't ask the question. I offered my opinion like everyone else does around here.

I have a 2001 CC and the switch bolt sizes are as follows

Handle Phillips head machine #8 - 32 x 5/8

Mounting 3 x Phillips Truss Head 1/4 - 20 x 2 1/8

The sizes for the trim mounting screws are not quoted in the parts manual.

Hope it helps.
