1983 EZGO Soleniod Clicks But Golf Cart Won't Run

I have a 1983 EZGO the other day it made a pop sound and now the solenoid clicks but it won't run. I replaced the solinoid and still clicking noise and the golf cart is still not running. Any Ideas?

It could be a bad connection on one of the cables. Check and make sure all connections are clean and tight. Have you checked the battery pack voltage and individual battery voltages?
 
How's the individual battery voltage? Did you check the cables and connections at the resistor coils and motor also?
 
Did you grab each cable and give it a good tug?

Did you take each connection apart and inspect for corrosion?

Ya can't just look at these things, ya gotta go hands-on. Also, voltages are very important in troubleshooting, so, spend $25 and get yourself a digital multimeter. They are very usefull.
 
That's what i was going to ask cause it sounds like he just looked at them. Give each cable a tug and see if they are tight. Check water levels in batteries and do a voltage reading.
 
I will removed and check all wires/cables in the morning. Very nice of all of you. I will post a update tomorrow.... wish me luck!!
