when cold my cart runs about two blocks before it sputters and dies. if i hold the gas down all the way so the starter stays engaged it begins to sputter back to life in short spurts. i can limp it back home in short bursts of movement. i replaced the rings,points,condensor,plug,plug wire,fuel pump,reed valve,carb, and crankcase seals. my repair man said he has two other carts at his shop doing the same thing but he cannot figure them out
