1982 ez-go please help

i am trying to repair a 1982 3-wheeler it runs but i have some sort of problem on the speed contol board. when you press the accelerator the board arcs out on the 1st 2 copper contacts, once you get past the 1st 2 it runs fine

Welcome to the forum...

Start with checking the resistor coils and the connections at the coils. If that checks out ok it could just be bad contacts in throttle wiper board.
